- Donations are generally non-refundable.
2. Cancellation of Donations
- If you wish to cancel a donation made by mistake or due to other reasons, please contact us within 24 hours of making the donation.
- To request a cancellation, email us at spandanaedaif@gmail.com with your transaction details (e.g., name, donation amount, date of transaction, and payment reference).
3. Refund Process
- In exceptional cases (e.g., duplicate payments or technical errors), a refund may be considered.
- Refunds will be processed only if the donation was made in error or if the transaction failed for technical reasons.
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method and may take up to 7-10 business days to reflect.
